Ayurveda is the ultimate practice in self healing. It brings awareness and raises our consciousness so that we may take charge of our well being and health in body and mind. Ayurveda has been practiced for thousands of years and is a very time tested way of healing. Everything about our body and mind is connected, Ayurvedic medicine directly effects both our physicality and our mental, emotional states of mind. When you come in to see a practitioner of Ayurveda you will learn how to implement foods, herbs, colors, aromas, sounds, body therapies such as massage and nasya, meditation, breathing techniques, yoga, cleansing and tonification therapies. The goal I have as practitioner is to empower you to know how and when to use these practices in your daily life. You will learn step by step about Ayurveda through your consultations. With every visit we go deeper into the knowledge of Ayurveda and you get to know how to create the optimal environment for yourself to stay healthy, strong, happy, and have the energy and peace of mind to live your life to the fullest.

I would like to share these articles written by two amazing practitioners (and my teachers) of Ayurvedic Medicine. They are great short articles to give you a glimpse of Ayurveda!
